In this class, you will learn two (2) different kinds of baguettes from scratch; one is with poolish, and another is with sour dough.  You will learn to make baguettes with a moist inside and a hard crust outside.

Baguette Class, 12:00 - 4:00 pm, Tuesday, 5/1/18

  • Please cancel your registration three (3) days prior to the registered class so that you will get a refund or credit toward future classes.  No REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER THAT TIME.

  • We will provide all necessary tools, an apron and a hair net.  Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes for your safety.
