1 pound of sole, tuna, or Hamachi (yellow Tail) sashimi, thinly sliced
2 shallots, minced
3 TBS parsley chopped
2 TBS caper, chopped
2 anchovy fillet, chopped
2 TBS fresh lemon juice
4 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Hot Sauce (to taste)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Layout sashimi on a plate nicely. Sprinkle shallot, parsley, caper and anchovy onto the sashimi. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Just before serving, pour this sauce on the sashimi.
This is not a pastry recipe, but I wanted to share with you.
